近日,重慶醫(yī)科大學(xué)柳滿然團(tuán)隊(duì)在期刊《Journal of Experimental & Clinical Cancer Research》上發(fā)表題為“RGCC-mediated PLK1 activity drives breast cancer lung metastasis by phosphorylating AMPKα2 to activate oxidative phosphorylation and fatty acid oxidation”的研究論文,研究表明,RGCC的增加與TNBC的肺特異性轉(zhuǎn)移密切相關(guān)。RGCC通過驅(qū)動(dòng)PLK1活性激活A(yù)MPKα2和下游信號通路,促進(jìn)TNBC的肺轉(zhuǎn)移,這可能表明以RGCC驅(qū)動(dòng)的氧化磷酸化和脂肪酸氧化作為重要的治療靶點(diǎn)具有潛在價(jià)值。
